Meeting Notification Form

Use this form to advise your Meeting Calendar Team of your proposed Meeting Activity for future meetings. Once submitted a confirmation copy will be emailed to you. If meeting details change, or need correction, complete another form as soon as you can - the latest submission will over-write earlier forms for your meeting on the same date.

Districts 19 and 21 are also able to use this system to submit workings for Royal Arch Meetings and Meetings of other Orders.
