Please note if only attending the Business Session and Grand Installation which are free you still need to complete a Registration Form (for numbers sake). You will also not be charged the Registration Fee although the form may prompt you put it (this will be deleted by the Grand Installation organiser).

Registration – 09.00 am to 5.00 pm
Ladies Programme – 1.30 pm to 4.00 pm
Welcome Cocktails – 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm
Saturday 16th November
Registration – 08.30 am to 12.00 pm
Grand Installation – 3.00 pm to 5.30 pm
Grand Banquet and Ball – 6.00 pm to 11.30 pm
Sunday 17th November
Farewell Lunch – 12.00 pm to 2.00 pm
Registration both paper based and online (above).
Costs can be paid by instalments.
Basic registration fee and individual event fees (with some free events – Business Session, Grand Installation)
