FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAM

Have you the potential to lead?
Are you motivated to do something for the good of Royal Arch Masonry?
Have you got a vision of what the Order should be?
Can you commit to a long- term effort working in a team?
Have you got energy and drive?
Management Council of the Supreme Grand Royal Arch Chapter of New Zealand is offering the opportunity for Companions to take part in a Future Leaders Program aimed at:

  • Identifying future leaders who have an interest to make a difference
  • Building a team of effective communicators and thinkers
  • Placing them in a position to work for the best interests of Royal Arch Masonry.

Who is eligible?
Any Companion of a NZ Royal Arch Chapter, regardless of current rank or Office.

How to apply?
Nominate yourself on the Application Form and post or email it as directed, as soon as possible.

What is involved?
Participants will take part in a two-day (weekend) program structured around leadership training and team development.
A leading professional company will conduct this program.
Thereafter, specific tasks for ongoing work will be assigned and the Team will work closely with Management Council on a variety of issues.

Costs?
Grand Chapter will meet travel and accommodation for selected Program participants.

Timing?
The Residential Program will be take place Friday evening (Meet and Greet) 29 July, Saturday 30 July and Sunday 31 July 2016 in Wellington.

Leadership training is all about making the effort – for your own benefit and life skills and for Royal Arch Masonry.
