Freemasons help Kapiti Coastguard with new vessel. Freemasons in the greater Wellington Region donated $100,000 to the Kapiti Coastguard with the help of Lodges, The Freemasons Charity (who provided a one for one subsidy) and other Masonic Trusts. ANZAC Day – Lest we forget New Zealand and Australia commemorate ANZAC Day on 25th April to those who fell in wars past, those who returned and those who still serve as a remembrance and lest we forget. Many Freemasons perished in these wars.
