Freemasons New Zealand Special Olympics – National Summer Games

Fantastic to officially launch our sponsorship with Special Olympics New Zealand supporting thousands of athletes with intellectual disabilities to compete at the 2021 National Summer Games.

As the pinnacle event that athletes with intellectual disabilities work towards every four years, today we marked the six-month countdown to the games with a fantastic game of Ten Pin bowling between the Grand Master of Freemasons New Zealand, Graham Wrigley, and other senior Brethren, and a team of Special Olympics athletes.

The sponsorship reflects our long-held commitment to supporting community initiatives and we hope everyone involved in the games will derive some benefit from what our Brethren can offer. Freemasons New Zealand has supported the Special Olympics with $100,000 with further assistance at a local level by our Lodges throughout New Zealand.

Bring on the Freemasons New Zealand Special Olympics 2021 this December.
